Over the past several months, Lowell residents have shared stories about rising rents, displacement, unsafe housing conditions, and the challenges tenants face when navigating the housing system. Together, we've been building support for stronger protections and greater housing stability in our city.
Now it's time to take the next step.
At this assembly, we'll:
- Meet neighbors and community leaders working for housing justice
- Hear updates on the neighborhood progress on tenant rights campaigns
- See a draft of the Tenant Rights Ordinance
- Strategize with neighbors and community leaders working for housing justice
- Take action together and help shape the next phase of the campaign
